1. Top Leaders Across Health and Social Care Summit 

A one- to three-day immersive experience designed for leaders across health and social care to learn, unlearn, and rewire their approaches to system transformation. This summit helps leaders understand each other’s organizations, build collaborative leadership, and set shared priorities to advance population health and well-being.

Senior leaders, executives, policymakers, and change agents across health and social care.

2. Leadership Primer for Health & Social Care Organizations

A half-day or one-day customized session for individual organizations to prepare for deeper collaboration. This primer introduces integrated care, system alignment, and collaborative leadership within a single organization, equipping teams with a foundational understanding before engaging in broader transformation efforts.

Leadership teams within hospitals, community health organizations, primary care organizations, social care organizations, and non-profits.

✔ Prepare for the full Summit or Leadership Program

3. Leadership Primer for Governance Boards

A half-day or one-day primer for board governors to understand their role in enabling system-wide change. This session equips boards with the governance strategies needed to align priorities, foster collaboration, and set performance expectations for CEOs and Executive Directors to ensure impact.

4. Post-Summit Strategy Session for Governance Boards

Must be paired with Offering 1 

A follow-up session for board governorsto translate Summit priorities into actionable governance strategies. This program helps boards align their organization’s direction with the broader system transformation, ensuring accountability, leadership alignment, and measurable progress.
