STRUCTURE
The program invites participants from diverse sectors, including community, regional, and municipal leadership, administrative boards, and academia. These leaders collaborate to develop and implement new strategies aimed at strengthening cross-sectoral cooperation and governance.
The program consists of anywhere from 5-100 participants, who meet every two months for joint learning sessions, lectures, and reflection workshops. Between these sessions, participants engage in smaller group discussions to address specific focus areas. Rather than predefined themes, leaders will decide together what their shared priorities will be based on the needs of their community. The program allows them to build collaborative leadership for collective impact on the priorities that are most important in their communities.
Conducted in collaboration with international healthcare improvement organizations, the program integrates global best practices in leadership and system transformation. The initiative spans approximately two years, with structured phases focusing on identifying challenges, defining shared indicators for progress, and implementing innovative solutions within operational areas.
